Purpose of the service
The-Pilates-Society is a platform connecting students, independent teachers and studio owners for class bookings and space rentals.
User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity from your account is deemed to be yours. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Bookings and payments
Bookings are confirmed after payment. Cancellation and refund conditions are specified at the time of booking. The-Pilates-Society acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of classes provided.
User obligations
You agree to use the platform fairly, respect studios and teachers, and not publish unlawful or defamatory content.
Liability
The-Pilates-Society makes every effort to ensure service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our liability is limited to proven direct damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
