We believe pricing should be simple, transparent, and shown before every confirmation. This page summarizes the fees and commissions currently applied on The-Pilates-Society for class bookings and studio rentals.
The amounts below reflect the pricing currently in effect. They may change over time. If there is any difference, the amounts shown at the time of the transaction, booking, or confirmation always prevail.

For a paid booking, platform fees may be added to the teacher price to cover booking, payment processing, and platform services.

The exact breakdown is always shown before payment. Depending on the class, only the platform portion may be paid online and the teacher price paid on site.
For each paid booking collected through The-Pilates-Society, a commission is applied to cover acquisition, payments, infrastructure, and management tools.

The teacher net amount is shown in-product and may vary depending on payment method, promo code, referral benefit, or applicable VAT.
For each studio rental paid through the platform, a rental commission is applied for matching, booking, and payment processing.

The exact breakdown is shown before rental confirmation. The final amount depends on the total booking value and applicable conditions.
A promo code may reduce either platform fees or the class price, depending on the conditions shown at booking.
Referral may waive platform fees on an eligible first booking. The exact benefit is shown before confirmation.
If a participant cancels, only the teacher portion paid online may be refunded depending on the applicable policy. If the teacher cancels, the refund is full.
Platform fees used to secure a spot or reservation are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of the transaction.
